Tessa is a very rare water archer, available as one of the starter heroes (along with Laric Grey Wolf or Mei, Firestar) or from diamond hero crystals or from Skybreakers quest after collecting every 800 legendary traces. She specialises in single target burst damage and bypassing bosses defense
